We have recently carried out a thorough review of Speedo On, and as a result we have made the decision to close the platform as of 20th August 2020. + – I think my item is faulty. What do I do?

Our reputation for quality products and service is very important to us, so rest assured that we'll do everything we can to resolve this issue quickly. Please reach out to our Customer Service team by vsiting the Contact Us page for further assistance.

+ – Where do I find the size guides?

The size guides for individual products will be available within that products' page.

+ – How to adjust the nose bridge?

For a comfortable watertight seal with a flexible notched nose bridge goggle, adjust 1 notch at a time, together or further apart. When happy with the fit you may remove excess nose piece with scissors. For other goggle types such as Fastskin, adjustment is either not necessary or a selection of nose bridges will be supplied to gain correct fit. + – Can I order two of the same item in different sizes so I can try both

Yes, this can be done. Using our free returns label (UK customers only) you can return the item(s) you don't need at no extra cost. For more information, please refer to the How do I Return my Order answer we have provided.

+ – I have not received my order within the specified time frame. Can you help?

Please be advised that the amount of time specified for the dellivery of your order begins the working day after it was dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is still within the specified timeframe as mentioned on the Delivery & Returns section of our site, we advise that you wait until the final working day in order to receive your order. If, however, your order has still not arrived after the estimated timeframe, we recommend that you reach out to us via the Contact Us page and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order.

+ – How will I be refunded?

Your payment will be refunded to the card used to pay for your order. Refunds will be credited to your credit / debit card no later than 14 working days after we receive your returned items. It would then depend on your bank and how long it will take for them to processs the refund so that it shows in your account, but most banks process refunds within 3 working days.
