+ – I think my item is faulty. What do I do?

Our reputation for quality products and service is very important to us, so rest assured that we'll do everything we can to resolve this issue quickly. Please reach out to our Customer Service team by vsiting the Contact Us page for further assistance.

+ – Where do I find the size guides?

The size guides for individual products will be available within that products' page.

+ – Can I order two of the same item in different sizes so I can try both

Yes, this can be done. Using our free returns label (UK customers only) you can return the item(s) you don't need at no extra cost. For more information, please refer to the How do I Return my Order answer we have provided.

+ – I have not received my order within the specified time frame. Can you help?

Please be advised that the amount of time specified for the dellivery of your order begins the working day after it was dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is still within the specified timeframe as mentioned on the Delivery & Returns section of our site, we advise that you wait until the final working day in order to receive your order. If, however, your order has still not arrived after the estimated timeframe, we recommend that you reach out to us via the Contact Us page and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order.

+ – Can I cancel my order?

Due to our fast order processing service, unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

+ – I have not received an order acknowledgement email, why might this be?

You should receive confirmation within a few minutes, however it can take slightly longer at peak times. Also, you may wish to check your spam mail folder. If you have provided an incorrect email address we are unable to change this once the order has been placed.

+ – How will I be refunded?

Your payment will be refunded to the card used to pay for your order. Refunds will be credited to your credit / debit card no later than 14 working days after we receive your returned items. It would then depend on your bank and how long it will take for them to processs the refund so that it shows in your account, but most banks process refunds within 3 working days.

+ – Where can I get my Berghaus product repaired in the UK?

If the Berghaus Product Guarantee does not apply to your product, we understand that on occasions you may wish to organise a repair for a Berghaus item that has become damaged through accident or normal wear and tear. You may arrange a repair at your own expense from the Berghaus approved repair agent. Their details are below. No. For multiple items that are grouped together in one order, you only pay a single delivery charge.
