Our tent range is exclusive to Blacks and other retailers part of the same group. This means only they sell the tent range and great after care is part and parcel of their service. Yes, this can be done. Using our free returns label (UK customers only) you can return the item(s) you don't need at no extra cost. For more information, please refer to the How do I Return my Order answer we have provided.

Please be advised that the amount of time specified for the dellivery of your order begins the working day after it was dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is still within the specified timeframe as mentioned on the Delivery & Returns section of our site, we advise that you wait until the final working day in order to receive your order. If, however, your order has still not arrived after the estimated timeframe, we recommend that you reach out to us via the Contact Us page and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order.

Your payment will be refunded to the card used to pay for your order. Refunds will be credited to your credit / debit card no later than 14 working days after we receive your returned items. It would then depend on your bank and how long it will take for them to processs the refund so that it shows in your account, but most banks process refunds within 3 working days.

You should receive confirmation within a few minutes, however it can take slightly longer at peak times. Also, you may wish to check your spam mail folder. If you have provided an incorrect email address we are unable to change this once the order has been placed.

Due to our fast order processing service, unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
